Attribuez-vous des notes de 0/10 en valeur prix.
Jusqu'ici nous avons 2 méthodes :
la 1ère, on divise l'offre la moins disante par les autres offres (ex : 500 000/800 000 =6,25 points - 500 000/1 200 000 = 4,16 points).
la seconde, on calcule le % de différence entre moins disante et autres offres (ex : 800 000 - 500 000 = 300 000, soit 60%, cela fait 4 points).... et cela change tout car si on arrive à une offre à 1 200 000, normalement cela ferait 0 points.
Quelle est la meilleure solution....suis un peu perdu. Merci les matheux
